Why it really is good to talk.

Faced with an increasingly disillusioned public, the industry must put its money where its mouth is and engage in a spot of communication.

Communication has become the staple topic at conferences in recent
years and is an essential ingredient in any business accreditation
award.


It is important staff are kept informed of what is expected within the
company and of major industry developments. This is easier said than done
but brokers should raise the standard of knowledge available to
customers.
