AIG Europe has launched a policy to insure liabilities which may
arise when a company raises capital via a public offering.

Public offerings can give rise to personal liability for those individuals
involved in preparing the offer documents, including directors, officers,
employees, professional advisors, selling shareholders and others.

Public Offering of Securities Insurance provides cover for as long as the
period of liability, which is six years in the UK and three years in the
US.
