Markerstudy Insurance Group has increased its shareholding in subsidiary underwriting vehicle Planet Insurance Company. It has acquired the shares from chief executive Tony Allen, Allen & Allen Group founding shareholder. The deal allows the restructuring of PIC's business to enable direct trading with all agents from January 2004.
