InsurE-com, the new broker market Internet trading initiative, hasreceived more than 280 broker registrations since the first day of the
company's initial direct marketing campaign. Eleven insurers have signed
up to the initiative.
The e-commerce solution will initially allow brokers to quote for motor
insurance, with household, marine and small commercial planned for the
future. Intermediaries will be able to access the comparative quote system
free of charge by registering online at www
