Economy Minister Adam Ingram was on hand to open Hughes and Company'snew £2m custom-built headquarters in Newtownards last month. Hughes and
Co, which started trading 22 years ago, is Northern Ireland's largest
independent insurance broker. Its new premises, incorporating IT and
telemarketing systems, will house 95 staff, with the remainder situated at
branches in Ballymena, Ballynahinch, Glengormley and Portadown.
