Warrington-based Broker Assistance, a motor claims management company for brokers, has won the Best Implementation of Technology Award in the 2006 North West Call and Contact Centre Awards. BA's award submission was made with Matrix Contact Centres, who advised upon and supplied the telecoms and data solution. The Award, presented at the recent annual CallNorthWest Awards Dinner, recognised that BAL's recent £300K investment has given it the best available technology.
