Unum, the income protection insurer, is to open a new administrative centre in Bristol.The company hopes the new centre will support Unum's independent financial advisors and help expand its income protection market. It intends to open the new office by early next year, creating around 35 new jobs, and anticipates up to 75 additional new positions would be created by the end of 2001.
