A YouTube.com-style internet service that allows insurers to view subsidence and drainage claims live on-line has been launched. Developers of the system say it will reduce the average time it takes to complete a claim. The web-based service was created in a bid to cut down on the number of complaints from angry claimants left for days with urgent problems, such as blocked or damaged drains. Bosses at insurance service provider Auger Solutions, who are pioneering the technology, said the system
