AXA Insurance has bought Independent Insurance's ex-brokercommunications website www.business-risk.com.
The site offers cover for small commercial risks such as hotels, shops and
small manufacturing companies, allowing Axa's key brokers to write
business over the internet.
Axa has also taken on the 17-strong team responsible for
business-risk.com's development. They will temporarily remain at their
Edenbridge offices before relocation to Axa premises. The
business-risk.com package acquired by Axa
