The British Insurance Brokers' Association's 2005 satisfaction survey showed that brokers are happier with service from insurers compared with the results of the same survey in 2002. However, chief executive Eric Galbraith said, generally, insurers' performance in servicing brokers was flat and that there was no single clear leader.
