Marsh will this month unveil its new approach to small andmedium-sized enterprises. Having overhauled Aldgate, which it inherited
from Sedgewick (PB January, p3), Marsh is going to market with a three
tier approach: Marsh Advantage Plus, Marsh Advantage, Marsh Advantage
Direct. The broker said the emphasis is on "simple, paper-free
administration and rapid access to effective claims handling". The three
service divisions are being headed up by Joe Grogan, executive director,
commercial client
