PrivateEdge is an enhanced directors and officers policy which hasbeen launched by AIG Europe.
The new product is part of AIG's Corporate Guard range and has been
designed to provide directors with personal liability cover and protection
for any company equity they may hold.
The key risks covered by the policy include: employment disputes,
including sexual and racial harassment, pollution defence costs for the
individual, private sale of shares and securities and libel and
slander.
