Lucida hired Simon Pearce as CEO of its broking division and Insiyah Davenport as group chief risk officer. Pearce has held various leadership roles over the past two decades, most recently at Gallagher and previously with the Giles Group of Companies and Brightside Group. Meanwhile, Davenport has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, having previously worked at businesses including HSBC Insurance Brokers, Barbon, HWF Partners and the Ardonagh Group.
