Alpha Accident Management Group is to float on the London Stock
Exchange's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) at a value of £15m, with
dealings commencing from 12 November 1999. The company, which operates a
24-hour accident management service with a fleet of 200 cars in the
south-east of England, aims to raise £3.8m to fund expansion plans. Alpha
has already secured a £3m banking facility.
