Computer Sciences Corporation has created a survivors' guide tovirtual finance in the 21st century. The report stresses the importance of
financial providers getting to grips with e-commerce while reducing costs
and improving service. This will be aided by the predicted reduction in
computer costs and the rapid progress in memory capacity.
The report also warns that financial providers must move away from selling
off-the-shelf products in favour of providing bespoke risk prevention
services.
