Ansvar's Community Groups insurance for their meetings in rented
accommodation.
Ansvar said it was usually a condition of hiring premises that the hirers
arranged their own insurance. "Perceived complexities and prohibitive
costs can put groups off fulfilling their obligations," said Mark Ingram,
head of insurance operations at Ansvar.
The minimum annual premium
