Brokers and businesses now have a single gateway to Royal &SunAlliance's products and services via a business partner extranet at
www.royalsunconnect.co.uk.
The extranet brings together many of RSA's commercial, personal, life and
pensions, healthcare and assistance websites. It also incorporates
existing solutions such as Enterprise - RSA's small business service - and
claims tracking for UK commercial, as well as information on products and
services from across the group.
Chris Dobson, broker network manager for the UK personal division, said:
"The site has been designed with our business partners in mind, from
brokers through to independent financial advisers. Prior to this launch
our business partners needed to access separate sites and in some cases
remember individual passwords."
