Insurer Allianz Cornhill has bought London-based personal lines broker Home and Legacy Insurance Services.
The broker has three schemes and deals with around 1100 brokers across the UK and Ireland. There is a panel of seven insurers and three schemes available from Home and Legacy. It controls approximately £30m of gross written premium.
Nick Hall, general manager of Allianz Cornhill's personal lines division, told Professional Broking: "We want to keep the panel while growing the business rapidly
