Technology giant IBM is rolling out its Insurance Messaging Network to Lloyd's this month in order to fill the gap left by the demise of Kinnect.

After helping to establish the imarket platform alongside Polaris in the regional market, IBM has developed a system that will allow brokers and insurers to communicate in the Lloyd's market, which includes around 45 Lloyd's syndicates and 30 insurers.
