The spate of insurer mergers has had a major impact on brokers. Professional Broking asked regional brokers whether they were happy with the post-merger service from insurers. Tim Collison reports.

The commercial insurance market has seen unprecedented levels of
change over the last two or three years. Virtually all the major carriers
have been involved in mergers and acquisitions, and so too have many of
