At this year's Office Everywhere event, Sir Laurie Magnus, non-executive chairman of Xchanging Ins-sure Services, called for the more effective use of technology to address the challenges faced by the London Insurance Market.
Magnus identified a number of issues such as Spitzer, regulation, competition from Bermuda and tough trading conditions, as those having the greatest impact on brokers and insurers.
