Marsh's client and market services (CMS) division has reached the crucial second phase of it long term plan to remove paper and inefficiencies from trading in the London markets.

The broker has finished building the electronic processing for internal transactions and is looking at ways to link its internal systems with the wider market through Xchanging's information repository and the Lloyd's sponsored Kinnect proposition for commercial lines.
