The insurance broking community is still extremely frustrated with the amount of seemingly pointless information it is having to send to clients - over a year after these concerns were first raised by Insurance Age.
Brokers are also still unconvinced over imarket and highly critical of insurers' claims services.
According to Insurance Age's latest broker survey, carried out in March, Key Facts documents are now so long they are bamboozling and annoying clients, with many sending back the documents
