The terrorist attacks on 7 July in London marked a new beginning in domestic terrorism. For the first time the UK experienced the appalling effects of a suicide bomber. Matt Warner looks at the implications for the industry and the role of Pool Re
Sadly, 56 people died on three tube trains and a London bus, and over 700 were wounded in the London terrorist attacks. Despite the warnings of senior police officers and politicians that such an attack was inevitable, the reality still came as a huge shock.
