Broking firm MCE has appointed claims handling company Bankstone to provide a full-service external claims handling service. Brighouse-based claims specialist Bankstone is expected to be dealing with around 2,500 claims-related calls per month from MCE's customers - covering not only motorcycle insurance but also motor, household and travel insurance claims.
