Personal Touch first grasped the thorny issue of technology as a fledgling network and has continued to benefit by regularly investing in new IT. However, it recently wished to refine its processes even further, so decided to switch systems, with some interesting results

Personal Touch was established in 1994 as a network for intermediaries and independent financial advisers. The company previously used a combination of SSP icons and the TAM Quotel system for all its personal lines business operations, using an online version for household quotes.
