When involved in the business of giving advice, a misunderstood word could break a business more than any amount of sticks and stones. Liz Booth spells out the benefits of putting some solid protection in place

Errors & omissions (E&O) insurance is a strange class of business and everyone has a slightly different view of how it should be construed.
