As changes in the law close the door on ‘crash for cash’ for many insurance fraudsters, their attention is now turning to ‘slips and trips’.
We’re seeing increases of nearly 10% a year for the last three years in the volume of casualty cases we’re referring for investigation.
Our investigations secured an extra £2.3m in savings last year, compared to the year before. That’s money that may well have added to our clients’ premiums if we hadn’t recovered it.
