With all that brokers have been through in the past few years, it would be nice if they were able to rely on their insurer partners for support. I have lost count of the number of times that I have sat in meetings with insurers that have told me how much they value the broking channel, and how brokers are essential to their success.
So it was disappointing to discover that Allianz Insurance had been 'caught out' by a broker on our online Broker Forum (www.insuranceage.com) for sending a direct
