Transactor appoints Chris Newman group COO in new structure
Software specialists restructure with two divisions.
Transactor Global Solutions has consolidated the business into an insurer division and a broking division.
In addition Chris Newman, former CEO of subsidiary Transactor London Market, has been given the new role of group chief operating officer to oversee the operations of both divisions.
The technology firm said that after recent growth and having reached 230 staff worldwide the new structure would support further evolution of the business.
