Acturis buys Nordic Insurance Software
Acquisition part of technology specialist's global expansion plans.
Acturis Group has bought Nordic Insurance Software (NIS), a provider of insurance software in the travel and assistance, expatriate and health insurance markets providing services to clients in over 30 countries.
Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Copenhagen, NIS has achieved a compound revenue growth rate of 59% per year over the last three years.
Its customers include Zurich, Munich Re, Gouda, RSA, Global Excel, CEGA and the Canadian Automobile Association.
