Transactor appoints ex-Open GI chief as finance director
Transactor Global Solutions Limited (TGSL) has appointed Mark Ryder as finance director.
He has previously held senior positions at Open GI and Salient Solutions.
Mr Ryder will take up the role on 1 January 2013, and will be working from TGSL’s head office in Hampshire, as well as the company’s new offices in the London Underwriting Centre (LUC).
Transactor London Market (TLM) will be based at the LUC from February 2013 onwards, and TGSL stated that “involvement with TLM is an important part of [Mr Ryder’s] role”.
He will also be responsible for helping TGSL to establish a presence
