Andrew Briscoe departs as AA announces new structure

Andrew Briscoe, managing director of AA Insurance Services, is pursuing his career outside of the Centrica Group after his role has ‘disappeared’ due to the creation of a new Customer Service Directorate within the group.

In a statement Mr Briscoe, who has been in the post for two years, said, “I have had a very enjoyable five years with Centrica, first as managing director of the then Centrica-owned Goldfish credit card, and latterly of AA Insurance Services. Having played a key role in the design of the Customer Services Directorate, I support it fully and believe it to be right for the AA, the future success of which I shall follow closely.”

imarket adds another MGA to portfolio
