The Claims Standards Association and the Personal Injury Federation have agreed to form one body and develop a code of practice for companies offering personal-injury and claims services. Both organisations were set up following the Government's calls for regulation after the collapse of Claims Direct and the Accident Group highlighted unethical practices in the sector.
