Axa has created a new centre of excellence for the UK Support function within its Ipswich motor-claims office. From 3 July the UK Support duties for commercial motor claims, currently handled in Haverhill, will be incorporated into the existing motor claims support team in Ipswich. There will be no change in the way that new commercial motor claims are registered or existing claims are handled and telephone numbers will remain the same.
