The Lloyd's Market Association (LMA) has developed a work plan to identify business strategies for the future of the Lloyd's market.

David Gittings, chief executive of the LMA, has identified four key issues that are of most concern. They are:

- Business process reform;

- Capital and solvency;

- Regulation and risk management;

- Talent.
