Software Solutions Partners (SSP) has announced that RIAS, the over 50s affinity and specialist insurer, is to implement its integrated insurance quotation and administration solution, Insight. RIAS will implement the system for all areas of the business including its dual site 800-seat call centre where it will be integrated with existing telephony systems. RIAS managing director, Andrew Marchington said, "Insight will give us the flexibility and scalability we need to support our rapid growth
