The TEn network has launched a loan scheme in a bid to encourage start-up brokerages and to ease the pressure on individuals working under restrictive covenants. The scheme, Starter 4 TEn, will offer potential appointed representatives (AR) approximately £10,000 for the first year of operation and, in doing so, remove some of the financial restrictions to starting up.
