
Falling foul of Data Protection Act
Insurance companies and brokers that have traditional in-house call recording facilities could be falling foul of the Data Protection Act, according to Call Stream. Currently, insurance businesses that sell calls to partner brokers could be recording them after they have been transferred, which is against the rules of the Data Protection Act.
