Oxygen Insurance Brokers has acquired a portfolio of specialist technology and new media professional indemnity business from Digital Risk Solutions (DRS). DRS will provide broking and risk management services primarily to software gaming companies and mobile media content providers. Oxygen said the portfolio acquisition was an important strategic move to position the company as a leading broker.
