Fortis has re-launched its commercial online quote facility by enhancing the service it provides to brokers, in response to recent feedback. Brokers will now be able to obtain quotes in real time and place business immediately on cover.
Ken Smith, commercial manager at Fortis, stated that the facility was being re-launched because it was not as user-friendly as it could have been.
He said: "We re-visited the service to see how we could improve it without sacrificing the good facilities it had
