NU boosts its e-broking service

Norwich Union (NU) has launched a number of enhancements to its e-broking service at and the imarket portal.

Alongside online policy administration for all personal lines, including household new business and policy issue, the company has introduced a new claims enquiry facility for all household insurance.

The technology will, the company claimed, allow brokers to access their clients' records, check progress with each claim, make changes and print off policy

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
