The Financial Services Authority's (FSA) Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) campaign could leave companies facing substantial uninsurable claims for which they have no legal liability, warned law firmReynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC).
The FSA has said it would increasingly look towards taking enforcement action against any financial services company which it feels has caused customers significant detriment by failing to "treat them fairly".
