Cornhill Insurance, the UK arm of German giant Allianz, changed itslegal name to Allianz Cornhill in a move which also saw its shield logoreplaced by the parent company's 'three pillars' device. The board andgeneral management of Cornhill announced the change last month. Althoughthe company made the decision public, it was not anticipating a majorrebranding campaign.
