Towergate upgrades system in bid to boost overall communication

Towergate has made a £1m investment in its business communications, with the implementation of a group-wide internet protocol (IP) telephony solution.

The firm has signed a three-year deal with business communications specialist CCT to design the package, in addition to providing ongoing support, maintenance, training and consultancy services.

The new system will allow the broker to integrate its service delivery, and introduce standardised communication processes that enhance staff productivity
