Rubicon Inspections, which provides physical and desk-based engineering services to a number of insurers in the UK, has introduced a web-based engineer management system to its operation. The bespoke system uses auto-allocation and mapping of jobs, based on postcodes, to enable better scheduling of the nationwide team of engineers.
