Cedar ready to assess viability of CRM schemes

UK-based provider of business intelligence and data migration systems Cedar Knowledge Solutions has announced the launch of its customer relationship management (CRM) Return On Investment Assessment Service for the insurance and financial services sectors.

The service is based on Cedar's developed actuarial models and enables companies to calculate the cost, attainable revenue and achievable profit associated with an impending CRM implementation.
