New RBS insurance division on way
Royal Bank of Scotland, which now owns Churchill Insurance and Direct Line, announced the creation of a new division, RBS Insurance, which will combine the two insurance groups under a new four-strong management - chairman Ian Chippendale, deputy chairman Martin Long, chief executive Annette Court and chief operating officer John O'Roarke. This team will oversee four new divisions: Direct Line retail under Graham Ross; Churchill Retail under Mike Quinton; Broking
