Groupama has signed a five-year licence for Colossus, the personal injury claims solution from Computer Science Corporation (CSC), following a nine month trial. A web-based version of Colossus is to be used by Groupama's personal injury claims handlers in Borehamwood and Portsmouth. Graham Gibson, Groupama's claims director, said: "This agreement demonstrates Groupama's commitment to further enhance the expertise and reputation of the group."
