Online motor insurance broker Its4Me has restructured its customer service capabilities, having signed up with e-service provider Atmyside.

It also includes a self-help tool that enables customers to ask questions while applying for an online quote. The broker said it was forced to change supplier after its "unreliable" previous 'e-chat' facility collapsed completely
