Its4Me relaunches customer 'e-chat' facility

Online motor insurance broker Its4Me has restructured its customer service capabilities, having signed up with e-service provider Atmyside.

Its new suite of products will enable customers to carry out live text chat with agents, as well as to get help with form-filling. It also includes a self-help tool that enables customers to ask questions while applying for an online quote. The broker said it was forced to change supplier after its "unreliable" previous 'e-chat' facility collapsed completely
